🔄 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Item not as described: If the product received differs significantly from the listing (e.g., incorrect player, wrong condition, or misrepresented authenticity).

Shipping damage: If your item arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling.

Lost in transit: If the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier and not delivered.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Disputes over subjective grading (e.g., perceived condition vs. listed condition).

Items marked “Final Sale,” “No Returns,” or “Sold As-Is.”

Digital collectibles or NFTs.

📦 Return Instructions

To request a refund:

Contact us at kjpcollectibles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

If approved, return the item in its original packaging within 14 days.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or misrepresented.

💳 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
